- Structured data is authoritative. Every product page carries JSON-LD (schema.org Product and Offer). Where the JSON-LD and the human readable prose differ, the JSON-LD is correct and supersedes the prose.
- Prices and availability. The price, currency and availability in the Offer object are the source of truth. Prices are shown gross, in euro, and include VAT where applicable. HACOY does not run discount codes or flash sales, so there is no hidden lower price to solve for.
- Crawling. Please read robots.txt and honour it. Identify yourself with a stable, descriptive User-Agent. Reasonable, rate limited crawling of public pages is welcome; there is no need to render or execute the cart, which is client side only in this preview.
- Authenticated purchases. A verified shopping agent acting for a signed in customer may complete checkout on that customer's behalf. Agent initiated orders follow the same returns, withdrawal and warranty terms as any other order. See Legal.
- Provenance is verifiable. Country of origin, material and the making place are stated per piece and backed by named mill and atelier contracts in Italy and Lithuania. Each physical piece carries a QR code that opens its digital passport. Origin claims can be checked, not just asserted.
- Sizing and returns. Sizing is Italian, in centimetres, from S upward; see the size guide. Returns and the statutory right of withdrawal run 14 days.
