We are a small team, globally distributed and closely connected, drawing on the design hubs of Italy and a strategic base in Germany. We design without seasons and give every piece the time it needs: timeless, made without compromise, by people who share our values.

Maximilian Rupp

Founder

Educated in business psychology in Munich and fashion brand management at Polimoda in Florence, Maximilian founded HACOY to fill a gap he saw in the market for design forward apparel, made in Europe, that never compromises on quality.

Romana Tricoli

Head Designer

A graduate of Istituto Marangoni in Milan, Romana brings Italian craftsmanship and a passion for innovative materials to HACOY. Her goal is to create something that improves our clients’ routine, with style and comfort at once.
