A small fault is not the end of a piece. Every HACOY garment is built to be mended, with French seams that make a loose seam or a missing button easy to bring back, so a piece can keep going for years.
Repair is part of our Circular Orbit, and it is complimentary for every HACOY owner. Whatever the age of the piece, a loose seam, a missing button, a hem or a zip, we bring it back at no cost. You cover sending it in, we cover the way home. Membership does not unlock repair, it adds speed and care on top, so members move to the front of the queue and receive a bottle of our own fabric care once a year. For customers in Munich we can also point you to a local tailor.
