The Linen Trousers

The Linen Trousers

A uniform for the new way of working, cut in Vilnius from European flax.

The Story

We drew these for the day that moves between the home office and the world outside, the one where a call turns into a walk turns into a dinner that runs long. A trouser that only works in one of those settings is a trouser you reach for rarely, and rarely worn is the most wasteful thing a garment can be. So we set out to bridge the gap between the ease of a soft trouser and the authority of a tailored one, and to make a single piece you can live in from the first meeting to the last.

The Innovation

The cut is a hybrid. A tapered leg and clean lines give the visual authority of a proper trouser, while the waistband is built for a full day of wear, so it holds a polished line without the restriction of a belt. Linen does the quiet work underneath: it breathes when a room warms up and keeps its shape as the hours pass, which is exactly what a long day of focus asks for.

The Craft

They are cut and sewn in Vilnius. We hold our partner there to fair, safe conditions, and a piece can be repaired rather than replaced when it earns its first honest sign of wear.
