Shipping
We pack every order in Munich and usually hand it to the carrier within two to three business days. We ship with DHL GoGreen. We do not ship on public holidays, and in busy periods a shipment may take a little longer. If there is a significant delay, we will always write to you.
Shipping rates
Germany: standard €5, express €15
United Kingdom and other European countries outside the EU: €5, about three to five business days
Asia, North America and further countries: €15, about ten business days
Australia and all remaining countries: €30, about ten business days

Why we show shipping openly
We do not fold shipping into our prices. Hidden in a price, shipping still has a real cost, environmental and human, and the people who deliver your order deserve fair pay. So we keep it transparent.
Tracking, customs and returns
As soon as your parcel is on its way, you receive a tracking link by email. For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties and taxes may be charged on arrival. The customs office of your country sets them, and they are not included in our prices. You have fourteen days to return a piece. See our returns and withdrawal policy.
