Close to where it grows
We source in Europe wherever a fibre is grown and spun in Europe, and we produce close to those hands. The flax for our linen is grown in France, Belgium and the Netherlands and certified European Flax, and the Lycra in our swimwear is made in Italy. There are two exceptions and we would rather name them: bamboo has no European producer at the scale we need, so that fibre comes from China and the shirt is then made up in Italy, and our denim is woven in Turkey from organic cotton and hemp and made up in Italy. Luxury is acknowledging the whole way a piece is made, not only the cloth at the end.
