In 2023 HACOY opened its first physical store, near Gärtnerplatz in the heart of Munich. It was a place to slow down. We invited people to unwind and take their time over thoughtfully made additions to a wardrobe, at the pace that slow fashion asks for. Every detail mattered, and our team was there to share what they knew, guide a choice and offer honest insight.

More than a shop

The store was a multifunctional space, not only a place to buy. Visitors could browse all of the collections in a calm environment, sit for a cold refreshment or a coffee at the little bar, and try pieces on in a fitting room that felt like a safe space rather than a showroom. Now and then we hosted events there too, afterwork drinks, inspiring talks and simple networking days.

Personal shopping

For a truly personal visit, we offered personal shopping sessions. They were a way to build a size profile, get to know the permanent collection, and explore the full range alongside one of the store team. The idea was simple: styling help and honest answers, without pressure.

Where we are now

The store near Gärtnerplatz closed in 2024. Our home in Munich today is The Living Room Showroom on Maistraße 21, open by appointment. The spirit is the same, calm, personal and unhurried, and you are always welcome to arrange a visit.
