Soft and breathable, worn closest to the skin.

Wash cool on a gentle cycle. At 30 degrees or cooler, inside out, with a mild detergent and no softener.
Air dry, avoid high heat. Hang or dry flat. High heat weakens the fibre, so skip the hot tumble dryer.
Iron low if needed. A cool iron smooths it quickly; bamboo rarely needs more.
